Our comprehensive training program, which draws upon over a decade of clinical practice and the latest research on Heart Rate Variability (HRV), offers a hands-on learning experience that blends the science of heart intelligence with practical techniques for self-regulation.
Based on the groundbreaking polyvagal theory developed by Professor Stephen Porges, our workshop provides practitioners with a deeper understanding of how stress, trauma, and PTSD can impact emotional and physical health in complex and long-lasting ways. By leveraging HRV, participants can gain personal insight into how lifestyle choices can impact the autonomic nervous system, and use that knowledge to motivate positive change.
Our training is grounded in numerous peer-reviewed studies that demonstrate the sustained and statistically significant benefits of HRV techniques, including reduced stress, improved employee health, lowered healthcare costs, increased productivity, and greater resilience.
