Workshop Outline
This workshop will explore the benefits of using electroencephalograms (EEG) to clinically assess clients with complex and chronic trauma related symptoms. The participants will learn how different brainwave patterns relate to different symptoms and how these findings can inform psychological treatment. Preliminary data identifying dysfunctional brain patterns underlying Post-Traumatic Stress symptoms and data supporting the effectiveness of Neurofeedback interventions will be presented.
